Privacy Policy
Effective June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PHX Construction LLC (“StageKit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the StageKit platform at gostagekit.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
StageKit is a customer relationship management and project-management platform for contractors in the roofing and exterior-services industry. The Service is operated by PHX Construction LLC, located at 244 E 900 S, Payson, UT 84651. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@gostagekit.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, role, and password credentials (managed through our authentication provider).
- Customer and project data. Information you enter about your contacts, leads, jobs, estimates, invoices, appointments, photos, documents, and field activity.
- Location data. Addresses associated with jobs and, for canvassing features, geographic coordinates of map pins you create.
- Camera and photo data. With your permission, our mobile app uses your device camera and photo library so you can capture or attach photos, videos, and documents to jobs.
- Push notifications. If you enable notifications, we collect a device push token to deliver alerts about jobs, messages, and appointments. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
- Usage and device information. Log data, IP address, browser and device type, and interactions with the Service, used to operate and improve the platform.
- Diagnostics and crash data. We use third-party tools (such as Sentry) to collect crash reports, error logs, and performance data so we can diagnose problems and improve stability. Map features are powered by Mapbox, which may process device and location data to render maps.
- Information from integrations. When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Calendar or QuickBooks), we receive data from that service as described in Section 4.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your access;
- Schedule appointments, sync calendars, and prevent double-booking;
- Process payments, generate estimates and invoices, and sync accounting data where you enable it;
- Send transactional and service-related communications (for example, invitations, notifications, and signing requests);
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data or your customers’ data to train generalized AI/ML models.
4. Google User Data
If you connect your Google account, StageKit requests access to your Google Calendar so we can schedule appointments and detect scheduling conflicts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- What we access. With your consent we use the
calendarandcalendar.eventsscopes to (a) create a dedicated “StageKit” calendar and write your StageKit appointments to it, and (b) read busy/free time from your primary calendar to warn about and prevent double-booking. - How we use it. Google Calendar data is used solely to provide these scheduling features within the Service. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
- How we store it. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. A limited mirror of your calendar’s busy times is stored to power conflict detection and is refreshed via secure sync.
- Retention and deletion. You may disconnect Google at any time from your profile settings; doing so revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens and mirrored calendar data. We do not retain Google user data after disconnection except where required by law.
- No AI training. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- Within your organization. Data you enter is visible to other users in your account according to their roles and permissions.
- Service providers. We use vetted vendors to host and operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, storage, email delivery, and payment processing). They may process data only on our instructions.
- Integrations you enable. When you connect a third-party service, we exchange data with it at your direction.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 8.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information in the app, disconnect integrations at any time, and contact us at privacy@gostagekit.com to exercise these rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
